Position Title: Manager, Hollister Brand Ambassador Program
Reports To: Director of Marketing, Hollister
Location: Home Office - New Albany, OH
As a new and vital part of the Hollister Brand Marketing
team, the Head of the Brand Ambassador Program will develop, launch, grow and manage a
new brand ambassador program for Hollister. This
individual will work closely with cross-functional partners (Human Resources,
Legal, Strategy, Creative, Social Media, Product, Customer Insights,
Operations, CRM, Loyalty) to create the program structure, develop program
promotions for recruitment needs, provide brand guidelines for adherence,
manage product sampling and event coordination support, manage
training/research/feedback functions, execute on incentives, etc. This
individual will also manage a pitch process to hire an agency partner to
support management of the program.
Responsibilities:
Lead the
creation of the brand ambassador program from the ground up while ensuring it
deliver on the Hollister brand DNA
Serve as
the owner of the program, while partnering well with all necessary teams to
successfully execute the program to meet the business needs
Coordinate
the development of all assets required to fulfill the program needs
Partner
with CRM and Loyalty teams to drive customer acquisition and clear program
tracking
Manage
the information gathering/proposal process to hire an external agency partner specializing
in ambassador program management
Developing
short-term and long-term program activation plans, including program support
management needs as they evolve
Drive
clear program performance goals and reporting, including status/hindsight
presentations for leadership
Maintain
open communication to ensure program is appropriately infused/connected to
other brand tactics where relevant and appropriate
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably
in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Business or related field
8 years of experience in
Marketing/Advertising, preferably for large lifestyle brands
2 years of experience with program
development/management, preferably with Brand Ambassadors or loyalty programs
Demonstrated understanding of Gen Z consumers
Experience managing an external agency
vendor/partner
Experience with global fashion retail
brand(s) preferred
High level of critical thinking ability
and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities
Very strong project management skills
(including timeline development/management, budget)
Collaborative leader, able to rally
cross-functional team members to work effectively and efficiently together
Strong relationship
development/management and written/verbal communication skills
High familiarity with integrated
marketing disciplines (advertising, media, content, social, digital/e-comm,
direct, CRM, PR, activation/events, in-store, etc.)
Consistent engagement with marketing
industry and its best practices (e.g. industry media, involvement in industry
organizations/events, awareness of industry trends)
Superb presentation skills and
comfortable ideating/presenting ideas with all levels of an organization (up
to/including C-level)
