The Fraud Order Review Specialist is an integral role within the eCommerce division to ensure that the department meets and exceeds all order review key performance indicators and that relationships with third party vendors, the warehouse and the finance department are maximized. The Order Review Specialist will utilize fraud trends and industry knowledge to determine the legitimacy of Gucci orders. This role is responsible for understanding trends, identifying opportunities of efficiency and assisting to ensure that customer service standards are maintained. The Fraud Order Review Specialist will provide constant analysis and feedback to develop and implement a cohesive and evolving order review strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibility for day-to-day management of all order review queues, ensuring service levels are met and all orders are processed within the expected time frame for each queue;
Review orders for fraudulent activity and identify fraud patterns;
Partner with the treasury department to manage charge backs and provide backup information;
Report weekly and monthly order review statistics to upper management and colleagues.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
Previous financial or banking industry experience preferred;
Minimum of 2 years working in a corporate office environment;
Previous high-end retail experience preferred;
Ability to think analytically and make sound business decisions;
Willing to learn new processes and procedures;
Strong organization and time management skills;
Cyber Source experience a plus;
Experience working in payment gateways and using 3rd party fraud tools;
Strong excel skills – Pivot tables, v-lookups, index/matches, if-and formula, large data pulls and file maintenance.
