Store Planning Internship- Academic Credit ONLY

The Store Planning intern is responsible for collaborating with the Director of Store Planning as well as the Store Planning Project Manager to aid in project support for new and existing Bottega Veneta stores in North and South America.

 

The store planning intern is responsible for, but not limited the following:

• Maintain Store network project archives (update drawings and photo books)

• Support dept. with updating contracts/agreements and liaise with legal dept. (lease agreements, AIA, global suppliers)

• Support department with regular project updates and reporting to Worldwide Store Planning & Finance by collecting update data

• Assist with minor works projects using CAD for design development

• Coordinate with suppliers for roll out projects for budget and scheduling and logistics

• Create presentations for regional project reviews and BV Board

Bottega Veneta is seeking students who are interested in pursuing a career in Construction Management and/or Architecture. All students must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship and must be available to work a minimum of 2 full days per week. 

 

Must be knowledgeable/proficient in CAD, Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft EXCEL. Prior architectural firm or field experience is a plus.
