Overnite Merchandising Associate

Staples - Greenwich, CT

Position Summary:
Responsible for truck load breakdown, maintaining sales floor inventory levels, planograms and general maintenance. Ensures the sales floor is customer ready when the store opens.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Process accurate and efficient unloading of trucks
• Complete and update planograms as needed
• Ensure sales floor is clean, neat and full; ready for customers
• Complete sales floor merchandising moves as needed
• Ensure all merchandise is properly signed and tagged
• Ensures back of house operations and truck process are consistent to company standards to maintain stock levels effectively
• Perform minor maintenance upkeep or repairs as needed
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures & safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
• Works in a fast paced environment with little supervision
• Juggles many priorities and is able to multi task effectively

Basic:
• Able to work a flexible, overnight schedule
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 75lbs
• Must be able to travel to different locations


Preferred:
• Customer service experience in a retail environment
• High attention to detail and managing execution
• Strong analytical skills
