The Connect@ Macy’s Specialist is an exceptional associate whose primary function is to drive sales by connecting with clients, role modeling MAGIC selling throughout the store. This associate’s responsibility is to create an enhanced shopping experience through the use of mobile devices to drive sales by helping the customer find exactly what they are looking for, and by providing one on one service throughout the store; creating lasting relationships using the My Client tool. This associate develops relationships with clients and creates appointments with customers interested in shopping with them throughout the store. They are results oriented and must be able to develop and maintain client relationships. Their secondary responsibility is to represent Connect @ Macy’s by serving the BOPS customer and assisting all customers with their needs. They utilize all available tools such as tablets and kiosks, customer reviews, look books, etc. to accommodate the customer and drive sales. Has a can do attitude and is not satisfied with the status quo. Perform other duties customer facing, as needed.
