Position Summary:
Assist the refrigeration operating engineer, maintenance mechanic or engineer's helper to perform a variety of non-technical HVAC maintenance, including painting, housekeeping, plumbing, general repair and other engineering tasks inside or out of the mechanical rooms as directed. Ensure that all building and maintenance safety policies and procedures are followed in the course of this work.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Previous HVAC experience preferred
