Position Summary:
We are currently seeking students to join our team for our 2017 Summer Internship Program.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work well in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn – with a genuine interest in Commercial Real Estate.

Qualifications:
• Current undergraduate students with a related major and an emphasis in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Business preferred and a desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
• Rising juniors and seniors only.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling and grammar), good phone skills, organized, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, able to multi-task
• Proven record of providing excellent customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• General business experience
• Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership, and key stakeholders
• Extremely high energy; fast paced and driven to succeed with a keen ability to work efficiently autonomously or as a member of a team
• Team player – works enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and idea sharing in words and by actions; facilitates and provides support to other departments and team members as needed
• Innovative – creates and delivers professional and fresh materials and approaches to our clients and team to further differentiate our team and firm. Identifies opportunities to better our deliverables, and thoughtfully and thoroughly communicates ideas to team for consideration and approval
