MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high esthetical store design
- Collaborate with Saint Laurent Paris on Store Design and Development
- Level, bid and award the General Contractor and Millworker
- Centralize and manage the store project team
- Manage the design development and construction drawing production phases
- Review and approve the construction plans
- Ensure that all problems with consultants are solved.
- Prepare and follow-up design projects, dealing with project schedules, costs, or design integrity
- Control the overall project schedules. Keeping key consultants on track for the store Turnover and Opening
- Set up management projects about design, construction, budget and schedule maintenance
- Manage and supervise the construction of directly operated stores
- Develop and estimate the project specific budgets. Track and input invoicing to account for all incurred expenses
- Negotiate proposals with key consultants.
- Interface with wholesale corporate and wholesale partners to coordinate shop in shop installations and retrofits
- Project record keeping and archiving
- Manage and procure all owner furnished items
-Complete projects that are on time and in budget
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
-5 years project management, construction or architectural experience
-Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word
-Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects and Excel
-High level of Architecture or Interior Design
-Construction Management Experience
