Develop and follow-through on sourcing strategies for local & regional initiatives for both Facility Management and Project goods and services that drive value to JLL and our clients.
Develop category management plan to provide visibility into current spends, supplier engagement, stakeholder plans, contract structures and market insights that lead to both short- and long-term category strategies.
Perform due diligence and assess of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/RFIs, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective transition of executed contracts to operations leads.
Analyze pricing proposals, financial reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price compared to scope and contractor capabilities to actually perform.
Lead the development of change management plans associated with sourcing activities to ensure timely communication and engagement of key stakeholders (operational and otherwise) throughout the life of the sourcing initiatives (from planning to execution). Meet with JLL and Client Leadership to review progress and engage them to advocate and sponsor change.
Local Contract Management
Administer and maintain supplier files, contracts, amendments, letters and other documents. Validate contract questions and requests for account team.
Manage new supplier onboarding including JLL system setups, supplier rollout and transition support
Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI) for new and existing suppliers including validation of all applicable insurance requirements and expirations.
Supply Chain Performance:
Maintain and follow contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures in line with client and JLL requirements.
Drive Supplier Performance Management Program (SPMP)--conduct local and regional supplier performance review meetings, manage scorecards, contract compliance, and service obligations in partnership with JLL operations teams.
Manage supplier relationships as it relates to administrative and operational activities. Understand, track, and mitigate key risks related to our supply chain partners. Report results and identify opportunities for improvements on a regular basis.
Assist with the execution of strategies and business processes for new supplier evaluation, risk assessment and supplier performance management.

Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with internal Facilities Management and Project Development Services teams and clients to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations by understanding their business needs and priorities.
Support the supplier diversity program in accordance with client and JLL requirements.
Participate in special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Excellent Inter-personal and organization skills. Ability to communicate effectively and obtain buy-in with internal customers, ability to manage up to executives
Strong financial analytical skills
Experience in developing and executing of supply solutions, processes and procedures.
Contract law and agreement negotiation skills required.
Knowledge of supply base and/or sourcing business practices specific to the biotechnology industry a plus
Facilities Management knowledge is a significant plus – Janitorial Services, HVAC, Security Guard services, Food and Cafeteria, Waste Disposal, Pest Control, Landscaping, etc.
Project Management knowledge is a plus - AIA Contracting, Construction-Project Contracting, Traditional and Electronic Bid Management, Permit Management, Cost Control, Cost Estimating, Cost Capitalization, GL Management, Invoice Reconciliation and Close-out, Project Time Line Management, Lien Release Management, Project Close-Out and Documentation Deliverables, Familiarity with Leases, Tenant Improvement Expense Management, and Project Vendor Management
Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management or Business Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, C.P.M./CPSM certification a plus, MBA preferred
