The AT&T Digital Marketing Group is looking for an experienced and analytical candidate to focus on our search engine marketing initiatives. AT&T is a global leader with annual revenue of $146.8 billion, #10 on Fortune 500 list and second among the top paid media spenders.
As our Lead Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting campaign strategy and goal tracking for both the Mobility and TV/Broadband search programs. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to hit performance targets and identify areas of opportunity within the space. Additionally, with a strong knowledge of SEO strategy, you’ll help to ensure paid and organic initiatives are aligned.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a nimble and analytical fashion across several large-scale accounts.
The successful candidate will:
Manage large budgets and complex search initiatives from strategic set-up to performance analysis
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure search campaigns are on strategy with business goals and targets
Translate business goals into search activations
Identify areas of opportunity – both low-hanging fruit and long-term wins
Develop relationships with external partners and agencies
Demonstrate expertise across both SEM and SEO, specifically staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
This is the type of background that will get you noticed:
5 years of Search experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline preferred
Proven track record of successful SEM strategy and implementation
Excellent knowledge of SEO content audits (technical audits a plus)
Experience with Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webtrends, and Adobe)
Experience with Bid Management Platforms (Kenshoo)
Experience with 3rd party tracking (DCM, Atlas)
