Key Accountabilities
Balance Sheet Reconciliations while interacting with Kering Shared Services to acquire needed information/support.
Reporting: Daily Sales and monthly Dept. Expenses.
Assist with the monthly Financial Closings.
Assist with the weekly planning and coordination of the A/P check run while identifying invoices that need approval.
Review, Reconcile & Report Cap-Ex activities to ensure that invoices are recorded in proper area's and aligned to approved projects.
Assist Management with planning of Budget and Forecast projections of Departmental General Expenses.
Assist with daily projects as needed.
Job Requirements
2-4 years of experience in General Accounting
High level of independence, flexibility and reliability
Analytical approach, team player and pro-active
Ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines
Advanced MS Excel skills
