General Accountant

Key Accountabilities
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations while interacting with Kering Shared Services to acquire needed information/support.
  • Reporting: Daily Sales and monthly Dept. Expenses.
  • Assist with the monthly Financial Closings.
  • Assist with the weekly planning and coordination of the A/P check run while identifying invoices that need approval.
  • Review, Reconcile & Report Cap-Ex activities to ensure that invoices are recorded in proper area's and aligned to approved projects.
  • Assist Management with planning of Budget and Forecast projections of Departmental General Expenses.
  • Assist with daily projects as needed.
Job Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in General Accounting
  • High level of independence, flexibility and reliability
  • Analytical approach, team player and pro-active
  • Ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
