Essential Functions:
- Ensure compliance to SOT, and achieve fill-rate metrics for the Fine Jewelry direct-to-consumer operation
- Maintaining quality and accuracy, overseeing all daily delivery schedules are completed and ready for pick-up.
- Monitor expense and budget, recommending process improvement enhancements to meet or surpass financial goals.
- Manage, coach, develop and provide leadership to associates
- Train new associates, and provide cross-training opportunities within department exposing associates to all facets of the operation
- Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.
- Any other function management deems essential.
Qualifications:
|
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Required ( Word, Excel, Outlook) |
|
Strong oral and written communication skills. |
|
Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division |
|
Ability to make sound decisions and manage several processes in a fast paced environment. Challenges status quo. |
|
This position may involve stooping, kneeling, climbing, crouching, as well as regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking.

|
Excellent demonstrated organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Office within enclosed vault environment.
Interior work space without windows to the outside, located in close proximity to other associates.
