JLL is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join the Operations Management Team within Project Development Services. The position will be based in Brooklyn, NY, or Chicago, IL.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, minimize risk, add value and ensure continuous improvements to the account.
Drive analysis and data interpretation to continuously optimize project management and operational tasks.
Assist in the development of high quality, action-oriented, compelling analysis intended to transform project management behaviors and techniques.
Proactively manage issues on account related to technology or projects.
Facilitate meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure that responsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned.
Develop materials to roll out initiatives related to all phases of the project lifecycle.
Assist in training and developing JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for a successful project implementation.
Build rapport with Client representatives.
Interact and coordinate activities of multiple lines of business within JLL and the client.
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting Client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
Assist Account Team in meeting metric targets on a regional and national level.
Assist in the construction of automation routines to support continuous improvement of data integrity.
Develop tools, techniques and reports as needed.
Partner with our teams working on the Business Intelligence Portal to deliver technology solutions.
Ensure that specific deliverables are fully understood with relation to performance standards and other relevant criteria.
Support the project management teams in reporting cost savings initiatives in a timely and accurate manner.
Guide the Client and team through various reports and processes.
Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our reputation, errors and omissions, etc.)
Assist in the establishment and refinement of best practices of standards of excellence.
Assist in the simplification of all current processes and tools.
Conduct and document meetings; coordinate and track all assignments.
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all JLL technology as required for assigned projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or Business, strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, Commercial Real Estate, or other related area.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Creative problem solving capabilities with ability to drive results and provide relevant solutions to Client.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal Clients.
Must be a self-starter and team player, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced customer service oriented environment.
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
Understanding of account processes and procedures.
Ability to prepare and track data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in an ever changing environment is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
