Position Summary:
Overview
Senior level JLL consultants must achieve annual superior performance in three primary areas: client service quality, production of financial results, and contributions to the long-term growth of the JLL business.
Job Responsibilities
* Frame, diagnose, and solve complex client problems related as to how large global corporations organize and transform their corporate real estate (CRE) functions, CRE portfolios and workplace environments.
*Ability to understand and to help develop enterprise integrated CRE strategies that include enterprise workforce strategies (to attract and retain talent across the enterprise), corporate real estate CRE asset optimization, CRE portfolio consolidation, CRE workplace transformation and CRE financial business case articulation.
* Develop new commercial business opportunities for JLL’s Corporate Real Estate consulting capabilities, e.g., three primary areas of CRE performance improvement: CRE management consulting, CRE portfolio strategy, and workplace strategy.
*New business development activity is expected to be targeted toward external client sales and business development - although client consulting prospects may also come from collaborative opportunities with other senior level JLL colleagues who manage relationships with existing JLL clients within the corporate real estate industry.
* Oversee the effective delivery of consulting services by forming productive teams of experts in response to the client problem at hand and ensuring high quality, profitable delivery by these teams.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 15 years’ industry experience with client relationship development and professional consulting services sales experience – qualification as a fee-generating, “seller-doer” consultant within corporate real estate services expertise and experience
*Strong capabilities in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Performance Improvement: CRE Org Design and CRE Process Transformation, CRE Portfolio Strategy, CRE Workplace Strategy, CRE Program Management and Change Management capabilities
*Professional Services Consulting and Sales Experience: Big Four Firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers) and/or Executive Management consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey etc..), consulting experience preferred
* Experience as an employee in the corporate real estate department of Fortune 500 company is a plus
* Professional services sales with quota-bearing business development related experience required. Ability to quantify the value of corporate real estate consulting projects in multiple different subject areas, including but not limited to examples in financial cost management, risk management, employee engagement and sustainability.
* Strong client presence; strong C-Suite and senior level executive management presentation skills, demonstrated experience as a “trusted advisor” and executive management consultant to senior level corporate executives
* Experienced facilitator, communicator and able to write proposals and define client “scope of work” statements
* Ability to communicate information in written reports that might contain technical information
* Ability to communicate using effective visual graphics
* Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
* Change management expertise and experience a plus
* Organization design / development experience is a plus
* Desirable credentials include construction license, real estate sales license, certified facility manager, CoreNET MCR, CPA, and MBA.
* Affinity and understanding in the areas of data science, business intelligence and CRE technology systems integration a plus
* Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency of all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong abilities in innovation and design thinking
