Position Summary:
POSITION GOALS
• Execute part of Strategic Sourcing plan that meets or exceeds annual Account goals and targets.
• Ensure compliance to Jones Lang LaSalle and Clients Strategic Sourcing standards and contract management requirements.
• Effectively collaborate with account management, facility, and finance teams to deliver desired outcomes.
• Mitigate Client and Jones Lang LaSalle risk by maintaining 100% COI and contract compliance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source, negotiate, and procure recurring facilities contracts and capital project upgrades for Client as part of sourcing team, typically managing 3-6 RFP projects.
• Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local, regional, and national sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations.
• Conduct RFI/RFP bid process for selected sourcing initiatives ranging from several thousand upwards to $1M awards.
• Provide detailed instructions and follow-up to support the operation teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
• Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with internal operations team to understand and respond to business needs and priorities.
• Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with approved standards.
• Manage new supplier onboarding including JLL system setups, supplier rollout and transition support
• Draft and develop new agreements and contract amendments of varying complexity based on established templates
• Administer and maintain supplier files, contracts, amendments, letters and other documents
• Manage expiring contracts, renewals and cancellations for all incumbent suppliers
• COI management for new and existing suppliers including validation of all applicable insurance requirements and expirations
• Facilitate the documentation of scopes of work that fully capture service descriptions, fees, deliverables, and other attributes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Procurement, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management and/or 3+ years of related experience.
- Excellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, proven ability to lead and facilitate teams in decentralized environment.
- Excellent communication skills
