Objective: Serve as support for sales staff and liaison with other departments and clients. Act as the company's single-source customer service link by communicating issues and questions to CEO, answering questions on product via telephone inquiries, and working with Operations and stores to coordinate deliveries
Role and Responsibilities
Process merchandise quotes and orders for customers.
Confirm orders following company procedures. Verify accurate customer and product information. Confirm client orders via fax or email
Enter all orders into the company system
Liaise with Operations department to coordinate order fulfillment
Communicate with Finance for payment terms and current account status
Provide customer service to clients pertaining to "estimated time of arrival" of back orders, pricing, problems and other issues.
Liaison between CEO and Wholesale Clients and internal Operations department.
Assist CEO with inventory management for replenishment and consignment plans.
Assist CEO in administrative reporting, including client history, inventory and sales data and statistical information.
Assist CEO in product presentations.
Collect and enter information for weekly and monthly sales reports.
Provide customer service for clients and general inquiries about product, pricing and procedures.
Assist CEO in providing wholesale clients with materials, including new or updated pricing list, materials and etc.
Perform other related duties as are assigned.
Essential Physical Requirements
Lift, carry, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associates Degree required
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well with little guidance and in tight time frames
