Position Summary:

JOB SUMMARY:
 

  1. Interface seamlessly with the client facility organization.
  2. Maintain and organize pantry areas including wiping down refrigerators, counters and discarding leftover food
  3. Weekly maintenance of refrigerators  
  4. Wash dishes keeping cabinets organized
  5. Stock all pantry supplies, and coordinate supply needs with mailroom to ensure adequate inventory
  6. Maintain, clean and restock all pantry equipment, coffee and vending machines
  7. Communicate repair and servicing needs of pantry equipment to facilities coordinator
  8. Work with facilities specialists to collect and dispose of trash
  9. Assist Agencies with setting up and cleaning up of catered meals
  10. Assist in set-up and breakdown of conference rooms when necessary
  11. Provide additional cleaning services such as dusting furniture, wiping down walls and glass and breaking down boxes
  12. Perform other assignments as necessary
  13. Overtime may be required
  14. High school diploma or equivalent required
  15. Previous experience preferred
  16. Prior customer service experience is required
