Position Summary:
JLL is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn, NY.
OVERVIEW
Provide analytical support and leadership for the Business Intelligence Team for accounts by supporting sales growth through data intelligence and tools that differentiates JLL in the marketplace. Drive analysis and data interpretation to continuously improve the delivery channel and sales efforts. Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, minimize risk, add value and ensure continuous improvements to account and markets project services. Support the Business Intelligence Team to support growth and sales for Corporate Solutions through data intelligence through:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Benchmarking analysis leveraging internal and external data
- Leverage external industry research and analysis to give insight to markets regional managers in industry trends and sales targets
- Support strategic sourcing partners to identify action items for cost savings and supplier management
- Support Enterprise Wide Resource Management Technology improvement leveraged by all markets, accounts, and HR teams
- Differentiate JLL by partnering with our Business Intelligence and Information Technology Organizations to
- Deliver technology solutions such as automated ad-hoc and standard reporting that support sales organization initiatives
- Drive improvements in source systems and SQL Data warehouse
- Delivery high value data interpretation and predictive analysis
- Lead responses to patterns, turn data into information, information into action and action into value.
- Deliver high quality, action-oriented, compelling analysis intended to transform project management behaviors and techniques
- Competing financial analysis of gross margins & operating expenses
- Build Automation routines to support continuous Improvement of the Data Integrity Program
- Maintain various data sources and dashboards
- Build automation validation routines for data integrity
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and/or Finance, a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong technical skills to include SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, Access and other relational databases
- Strong Business intelligence skills using tools such as Tableau and MS Business Intelligence Suite
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Financial and analytical ability
- Creative problem solving capabilities with ability to drive results and provide relevant solutions to clients
- Comfort level and/or strong interest in Six Sigma. Greenbelt, a plus
