The Producer will work with the creative group counterparts on Private Brands, PDP and Print. Will partner with other teams on process and workflow. The Producer will help to create and maintain the shoot schedule and plan the flow of the shoots. They will be in charge of overseeing that the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Essential Functions:
• Responsible for scheduling and booking all in-house and outside talent necessary for the shoot.
• In charge of maintaining a calendar for all the proposed shoots.
• Create estimates, budgets and call sheets for all editorial shoots.
• Keen attention to detail and experience in deadline-driven workplace.
• Work within larger brand guidelines, while partnering with PDP, Print and Private Brands teams to insure all needs are met.
• Arranging all still-life Wedding Registry shoots.
• Scheduling all still-life editorial and special projects.
• Interpret data and translates business strategy into creative strategy.
• Understands and is able to communicate the needs for the different types of shoots scheduled.
• Works well with others to communicate spatial needs, dates and talent needed.
• Partner with other team members, art directors, merchandise coordinators, marketing, finance and operations groups.
• Budget conscious.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
• 3 years of work experience.
• Experience working with budgets
• Digital Photography, Photoshop, knowledge of Video and MS Office.
Communication Skills:
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all tiers and all disciplines of the organization
Other Skills:
• Positive attitude
• Production and project management skills
