The Commercial Director will ensure the achievement of the desired competitive positioning of the Brand in the US market table wear, primarily within the city of New York and then develop the business coast to coast. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop business policies for the reference market and manage the sales process in order to increase business opportunities
Direct and coordinate US affiliate activities, ensure the implementation of directives and plans within the terms the efficient and efficient management of the resources it has responsibility

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or other certification preferred
Approximately 5/10 years’ experience in sales
A previous experience in Fashion/Luxury will be a plus
Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Fluent in Italian as a plus
Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships throughout all levels of client organizations with a track record of retaining key clients
Result-oriented and pro-active
Collaborative, team player
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to conduct client and prospect meetings and attend corporate functions
Self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
