Support management team in achieving goals by providing high level customer service.  Serve as a role model for building relationships with clients.  Perform operational functions and implement visual changes when requested to ensure store meets brand standards.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service in the store to meet the world class customer service standard.
  • Serve as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service by making the client experience the priority and consistently achieving monthly sales targets
  • Contribute in store meetings to further/create organizational improvements
  • Effectively perform operations functions: opens and closes the store, register, and back office management procedures
  • Maintains visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance
  • Perform projects and assignments as directed by the Assistant or Store Manager
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • 2-3 years previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
  • 2-3 years experience in luxury related industry preferred
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence others through actions and examples

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
