Associate Project Manager – Business Process & Inititiatives (BPI)/Implementation

Job Overview:

Responsible in assisting Sr./Project Manager on key projects associated with the definition, training, implementation and performance metrics of new processes and systems at MMG to support more efficient and effective product development. 

Essential Functions:

• Assist Sr./Project Manager in defining, product development process and FOB specific nuances throughout MMG 
• Work closely with brand teams in training and implementing new process and system 
• Provide continued support to teams to enable adherence to new processes and system 
• Develop project plans with key activities and target completion dates to ensure activities are completed on time 
• Partner with brand teams to hit key dates on End to End calendars 
• Leverage performance metric results to communicate future opportunities for better workflow and efficiencies 
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education/Experience: 
• Bachelor's Degree in related major 
• Proficiency on PCs and MS Office; strong Excel skills and Power Point 
• Working knowledge of Corporate Systems 
• Language Skills: 
• Strong Public Speaker 
• Reasoning Ability: 
• Creative Problem Solver 
• Other skills: 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Excellent Organizational Skills 
• Able to Work Independently
