RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and actualize sales data to support departmental merchandise strategies.
• Monthly recap/re-forecast of Retail Sales by department, by store vs Budget vs Goals to call out wins and opportunities.
• Monitor overall seasonal performance – newness vs carryover / full price vs markdown.
• Pre/post seasonal OTB planning.
• Partner with Buyers to ensure strategic assortment plans by category.
• Maintain actual spent from buys.
• Budget and forecast projections for Retail store.
• Forecast by department by store plans to align with financial objectives.
• Update and maintain RPAS and related by department by store files.
• Serve as business manager for all product categories within outlet store network.
• Responsible for determining inventory flow and product needs to support sales plans.
• Generate merchandising strategy and execute overall company liquidation assumptions.
• Plan the markdown and promotional activity for Outlet Stores based on history and analysis.
• Deliver or exceed budgeted goals by incorporating business trends, analysis, client knowledge and competitive intelligence.
