As a Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will develop marketing communications programs to increase the profitability of company products and services through the utilization of various advertising media.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for coordinating the needs and goals of various clients while maintaining communication among entertainment studio contacts, illustrators, stock photo sources, and art directors.
Candidate must have excellent contract negotiation skills with experience dealing with stock agencies and entertainment studios. Ideal candidate possesses a professional demeanor and the skill sets which allow him/her to keep composure in a fast paced environment while problem solving time sensitive projects.
Ability to effectively communicate information between the creative team and art supplier is a must.
Candidate is expected to build strong relationships with television and film studio contacts so that the art department can gain more flexibility with usage of assets.
Emphasis must be placed on relationship building with studios and stock photo sources.
The Senior Marketing Communication Manager may produce photo shoots for original content.
The ideal candidate will be able to schedule, plan and contract photographers and support crew.
Responsibilities include marketing, advertising/communications, and design services.
Additional Responsibilities:
Interface with company management, sales department and/or advertising agencies to develop and implement communications programs
May be responsible for copy writing and layout of advertisements
May be responsible for all aspects of marketing communications for a business line
Maintain working knowledge of other major functional areas and skill to integrate and communicate that information
Maintain advanced knowledge of marketing communications professional field
Oversee the development, execution and monitoring of integrated communications programs on behalf of the specific business line in support of the strategic business objective
Evaluate impact on strategic marketing communication planning objectives and strategies
Apply advanced principles, theories and concepts
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Qualifications
Education: Typically Bachelors of Arts degree or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 8 years minimum of experience in a related field.
Supervisory: No.
